Competency Profiling is strengthened by the Pario 360 Feedback process and encourages managers to think about Role Requirements in a way that goes beyond a traditional ‘Job Description’ of tasks and activities. The Pario system clarifies role relationships and interdependencies, and the key challenges or ‘demands’ associated with the role.
Pario 360 can support Competency Profiling, notably by use of Targeted Questions and reference to Critical Incidents. These may be associated with challenging projects, new assignments or activities involving other work-groups. Analysis of the 360 data can help highlight the most important Personal Competencies (and most significant aspects of behaviour) required to achieve more-effective performance.
