Use of the Pario 360 system

One of the positive features of the Pario 360 system is the ease of administration. This means that a 360 degree feedback questionnaire can be setup and run with little more than the Focus Person’s (the subject of the 360 review) first name, last name and email address. The system then enables them to add their own Secondary Respondents. There is a high level of confidentiality associated with the Pario system and no contact details are passed to third parties.
